Is our chicken Halal?

Yes all our chicken is Halal from IMS of Smithfield, London.

How Much is Delivery ?

£4.99 anywhere in the UK

How are my Kits delivered?

We use DPD for all our deliveries.

We will notify you when your order has been picked up by the courier and will update you with each step of your order’s journey by email and/or text message.

All packages are sent with ice packs to keep them cool (not for consumption) for at least 48 hours. We pay for a 24 hour service but they may be delivered up to the 48 hour window.

Are there charges and surcharges and delays for remote places ?

Unfortunately orders to the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands have an extra charge from the courier – please see below. We post out on the same express service as the rest of the UK, but due to the remoteness of these locations, we cannot guarantee the courier can always achieve these deliveries in under 48 hours. Therefore, we are unable to accept liability for any late deliveries to these areas and cannot issue any refunds on goods that may have perished. This is the policy of the courier not our own. We understand and regret that such surcharges may make the kits prohibitive to these locations. We are working to find an alternate solution for these addresses as we would love for our kits to be more accessible and affordable to all.

Highlands & Islands: £20.35 + VAT

Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man: £23.35 + VAT

Channel Islands: £45.80

When will my Wing Kit arrive ?

Deliveries are made Tuesday – Thursday. All deliveries are charged at £4.99 per kit (plus surcharges for the above locations)* and due to arrive before 6pm.

Orders received by 9am will be posted the same day. Orders made between 9am Thurs – 9am Mon will be dispatched on Monday afternoon.

Refrigeration

Freezing chicken is safe for up to 6 months which we recommend defrosting overnight (12 hours) in the fridge before cooking.
